The results of observation of short-term variations of high-energy electronflux in the outer radiation belt, obtained in ARINA satellite experiment (2006- 2016), are presented. Scintillation spectrometer ARINA on board theResurs-DK1 Russian satellite has been developed in MEPhI. The instrumentcarried out continuous measurements of high-energy electron flux and its energyspectrum in low-Earth orbits in the range 3-30 MeV with 10 15% energyresolution. A time profile of electron flux at different L - shells has beenstudied in detail on the example of March 2012, and analysis of experimentaldata on high-energy (4-6 MeV) electrons in the outer radiation belt zone(L~3-7) was fulfilled. It was shown a large variability of flux of suchelectrons there. The sharp effects in electron flux (as rise and as fall) inmagnetosphere interrelated with geomagnetic storms caused by solar flares andcoronal mass ejections have been observed.
