In this paper, we present a coherent state-vector method which can explainthe results of a nested linear Mach-Zehnder Interferometric experiment. Suchinterferometers are used widely in Quantum Information and Quantum Opticsexperiments and also in designing quantum circuits. We have specificallyconsidered the case of an experiment by Danan \emph{et al.} (Phys. Rev. Lett.\textbf{111}, 240402 (2013)) where the outcome of the experiment was spooky byour intuitive guesses. However we have been able to show by our method that theresults of this experiment is indeed expected within the standard formalism ofQuantum Mechanics using any classical state of a single-mode radiation field asthe input into the nested interferometric set-up of the aforesaid experimentand thereby looking into the power spectrum of the output beam.
