We consider a Weyl semimetal with two nodes and derive the scatteringHamiltonian in the presence of a boundary at $z=0$. We compute thephotoemission spectrum and demonstrate the presence of the Fermi arcs whichconnect the two nodes. In the presence of an electric field parallel to thescattering surface we observe the one dimensional chiral anomaly.
