Ni$_{1-x}$Rh$_x$ bulk alloys exhibit a ferromagnetic to paramagnetic quantumphase transition (QPT) at the critical concentration $x_c \sim$ 0.37. A spinglass phase arises below the Ferromagnetism by controlling the short rangeinteraction between Ni and Rh atoms. we have synthesized nanoalloys of twodifferent concentrations with two different reaction times by chemical refluxmethod. From the dc magnetization measurements, existence of ferromagnetism andspin glass phase in these nanoalloys is confirmed. A step like feature in bothZFC and FC curve at certain temperature indicates the existence of the spinglass phase.
