We study the parton distribution of nucleon and nuclear EMC effect in astatistical model. We find when we choose the parameters appropriately, thepredictions given by pure statistical laws can fit the experimental data wellin most range of $x$, this reveal statistical law play an important role in theparton distribution of nucleon.
