In this paper, a stochastic Gilpin-Ayala population model with regimeswitching and white noise is considered. All parameters are influenced bystochastic perturbations. The existence of global positive solution, asymptoticstability in probability, $p$th moment exponential stability, extinction, weakpersistence, stochastic permanence and stationary distribution of the model areinvestigated, which generalize some results in the literatures. Moreover, theconditions presented for the stochastic permanence and the existence ofstationary distribution improve the previous results.
