In this paper, we give a brief review of the Minimal Supersymmetric StandardModel (MSSM) and "$\mu$ from $\nu$" Supersymmetric Standard Model ($\mu\nu$SSM). Then we propose a generalization of $\mu \nu$SSM in order to explainthe recent ATLAS, CMS and LHCb results. This "new" $\mu \nu$SSM generalizes thesuperpotential $W_{suppot}$ of $\mu \nu$SSM by including two terms thatgenerate a mixing among leptons, gauginos and higgsinos while keeping thecharginos and neutralinos masses unchanged. Also, it is potentially interestingfor cosmological applications as it displays flat directions of thesuperpotential and a viable leptogenesis mechanism.
