We prove two explicit formulae for one-part double Hurwitz numbers withcompleted 3-cycles. We define "combinatorial Hodge integrals" from thesenumbers in the spirit of the celebrated ELSV formula. The obtained resultsimply some explicit formulae and properties of the combinatorial Hodgeintegrals.
