Earlier electron influence on sound absorption in metal on basis of theassumption of deformation of Fermi-surfaces under the influence of a sound wavewas considered. In the present work other approach to this problem will beconsidered. Our approach based on the account of dynamic (kinetic) interactionof electronic gas with lattice fluctuations. The analysis of influence ofelectric field on process of attenuation of sound fluctuations is carried out.It is shown that in the long-wave limit this influence is essential.
