This document addresses concerns raised about possible limits, due to spacecharge, to the maximum H2+ ion beam current that can be injected into andaccepted by a compact cyclotron. The discussion of the compact cyclotron isprimarily within the context of the proposed DAEdALUS and IsoDAR neutrinoexperiments. These concerns are examined by the collaboration and addressedindividually. While some of the concerns are valid, and present seriouschallenges to the proposed program, the collaboration sees no immediateshowstoppers. However, some of the issues raised clearly need to be addressedcarefully--analytically, through simulation, and through experiments. In thisreport, the matter is discussed, references are given to work already done andfuture plans are outlined.
