We report on a micromagnetic numerical simulation study of dynamic couplingsbetween neighboring skyrmions in narrow-width nanostrips. We explored thecoupled gyration modes and their characteristic dispersions in terms of theinterdistance between the neighboring skyrmions. The application ofperpendicular magnetic fields, importantly, allows for control/modification ofthe dispersion of the coupled modes. Coupled skyrmion gyration modes provide anew type of efficient, reliable, fast, low-power-consumption information-signalpropagation in narrow-width straight and curved nanostrips, as drivenpredominantly by the exchange interaction between individual nano-scaleskyrmions.
