We designed and fabricated a time-reversal invariant Weyl photonic crystalthat possesses single Weyl nodes with topological charge of 1 and double Weylnodes with a higher topological charge of 2. Using numerical simulations andmicrowave experiment, nontrivial band gaps with nonzero Chern numbers for afixed kz was demonstrated. The robustness of the surface state between the Weylphotonic crystal and PEC against kz-conserving scattering was experimentallyobserved.
