In this paper, we have proposed the compound structure of one-dimensionalphotonic crystal (PC), which includes series connection and parallel connectionPC. We have studied the transmission characteristics of series connection andparallel connection PC, and obtained some new results. In addition, we haveproved the series connection one-dimensional PC can realize the logical ANDoperation, and the parallel connection one-dimensional PC can realize thelogical OR operation. The compound structure of one-dimensional PC can designmore new type structure optical devices, and will provide the basic fordesigning quantum computer.
