We discuss some of the effects of twisted boundary conditions in finitevolume using continuum SU(3) Chiral Perturbation Theory. We point out howbroken cubic symmetry affects the definitions of quantities such asform-factors. Using the $\pi^+$ as an example, we give one loop results for themass, decay constants and electromagnetic form-factor and illustrate how therelevant Ward identities are satisfied.
