In this work we measured Surface Energy and Freezing Temperature ofsupercooled water droplets in air. We find that freezing of water droplets istriggered at the water-air interface and that freezing progresses faster on thesurface than in the bulk. The Freezing Point of water droplets is stronglydepressed by dryness in air and how humidity triggers freezing. Additionally itis shown to be a Surface phenomenon related to a transfer of Entropy from watervapour to the surface of ice.
