A new approach is developed to evaluate contribution of the electron-electroncorrelations into bremsstrahlung from few-electron ions and atoms. Our approachis based on the explicit formula for the electron density distribution in suchsystems. We derive the closed analytical formula for the matrix elements whichare needed for highly accurate computations of atomic form-factors oftwo-electron atoms and ions. We also discuss the energy loss due tobremsstrahlung in a plasma which contains multi-charged ions and freeelectrons. Bremsstrahlung from a high-temperature plasma is considered as wellas its role in the high-temperature burn-up of deuterium plasma.
