We consider the cubic fourth order nonlinear Schr\"odinger equation on thecircle. In particular, we prove that the mean-zero Gaussian measures on Sobolevspaces $H^s(\mathbb{T})$, $s > \frac34$, are quasi-invariant under the flow.
