General key problems in relation to the application of self-organizingstructures theory to the analysis of current cooperative phenomena arediscussed. Particularly, we present the new results of the analysis of burningproblem to form a qubit network. Recently [Proc. of the Inst. of Physics andTechnol. of Russian Acad. of Sci. (Trudy FTIAN), vol. 25 (accepted forpublication on Jan. 15, 2015)] we have proposed a new method for quantumcomputer implementation based on self-organizing structures. Here we considerin detail the essence of new proposals and theoretical argumentation. We haveshown that some self-organizing structures, both dissipative ones andthermodynamically equilibrium structures with off-diagonal long-range order,are promising to form a qubit network. This is confirmed by our results of theinvestigations relative to the following items: an open resonator with periodicboundaries, conditions to create specific distribution of the modes and theeffect of the field crystallization, the use of this effect to create anproficient and coherentized system of neutral atoms traps and to achieve theirprecise localization; the equilibrium systems which can go, at temperaturesbelow critical ones, into the special state with off-diagonal long-range order(i.e. to the state with macroscopic quantum coherence), phase transition(photons condensation) in the two-level atoms interacting with radiation modein the resonator, superradiant phase transition, the order-disorder typeferroelectrics in the cavity electromagnetic field, the advantage of thesystems capable to self-organization, including the suppression of thetemperature influence as the decoherence factor acting on the work states ofthe qubits (atoms, ferroelectric molecules), and also the coherent character ofthe direct dipole-dipole interaction between qubits (in the case offerroelectrics), and other items.
