Supersymmetric particles that are long-lived or violate R-parity could evademany conventional searches for supersymmetry. This talk presents the latestresults of searches for supersymmetry with long-lived particles or R-parityviolation performed by the ATLAS and CMS collaborations using $\sim$20fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collisions at center-of-mass energy of 8 TeVdelivered by the LHC.
