We study the so-called new minimal supersymmetric SO(10) GUT(NMSGUT) whereexplicit spontaneous symmetry breaking allows determination of superheavyspectrum and thus threshold corrections to the effective MSSM couplings. Thisprovides a generic mechanism to resolve the long standing super fast protondecay in Susy GUTs. We estimate lepton flavor violation associated withrealistic charged fermion and (Type I seesaw) neutrino fit and showcompatibility with baryon number and lepton flavour violation limits. Weimprove NMSGUT fits by including important loop corrections to sparticlespectra. Our fits use 5 GUT compatible soft supersymmetry breaking parametersof the Supergravity with Non-Universal Higgs Masses(SUGRY-NUHM) type. Wecalculate the full two loop NMSGUT gauge-Yukawa beta functions to studyfeasibility of the NUHM parameters via strong renormalization of SO(10) Higgssoft masses. Focus on MSSM Higgs allows formulation of a "Yukawonification"strategy for gauged flavour unification.
