In this paper, we investigated the neural spikes synchronisation in a neuralnetwork with synaptic plasticity and external perturbation. In the simulationsthe neural dynamics is described by the Hodgkin Huxley model consideringchemical synapses (excitatory) among neurons. According to neural spikessynchronisation is expected that a perturbation produce non synchronisedregimes. However, in the literature there are works showing that thecombination of synaptic plasticity and external perturbation may generatesynchronised regime. This article describes the effect of the synapticplasticity on the synchronisation, where we consider a perturbation with auniform distribution. This study is relevant to researches of neural disorderscontrol.
