We present the C++ library CppSs (C++ super-scalar), which provides efficienttask-parallelism without the need for special compilers or other software. AnyC++ compiler that supports C++11 is sufficient. CppSs features differentdirectionality clauses for defining data dependencies. While the variableargument lists of the taskified functions are evaluated at compile time, theresulting task dependencies are fixed by the runtime value of the arguments andare thus analysed at runtime. With CppSs, we provide task-parallelism usingmerely native C++.
