We show that, in the relativistic Bohm model of a Dirac-like particle, theelectron in the ground state of the hydrogen atom is moving, unlike theprediction for the case of a Schr\"{o}dinger-like particle, where the electronis stationary. This accounts for the empirically observed dilation of the decaytime of the muon in the ground state of muonium.
