Using the Schwarzschild coordinate frame for a static cyclic symmetric metricin 2 + 1 Einstein gravity coupled to a electric Maxwell field and a dilatonlogarithmically depending on the radial coordinate in the presence of anexponential potential the general solution of the Einstein Maxwell dilatonequations is derived and it is identified with the Chan Mann charged dilatonsolution. Via a general SL(2;R) transformation, applied on the obtained chargeddilaton metric, a family of stationary dilaton solutions has been generated;these solutions possess five parameters: dilaton and cosmological constants ,charge, momentum, and mass for some values of them. All the exhibited solutionshave been characterized by their quasi-local energy, mass, and momentum throughtheir series expansions at spatial infinity. The structural functionsdetermining these solutions increase as the radial coordinate does, hence theydo not exhibit an dS AdS behavior at infinity Moreover, the algebraic structureof the Maxwell field, energy-momentum, and Cotton tensors is given explicitly.
