In this work, the radiative corrections to the production of a light Higgsboson ($h^0$) with a pair of lightest neutralinos (${\tilde{\chi}}_1^0$) in$e^+ e^-$ collisions within MSSM are presented, including the on-shellrenormalization scheme in the loop calculations. We have studied the QEDcorrections as well as the weak corrections, where the contribution from bothcorrections is significant and needs to be taken into account in the futurelinear colliders experiments. The result includes the numerical calculationsfor two different SUSY scenarios---Higgsino and Gaugino scenarios--- for $e^+e^-\rightarrow{\tilde{\chi}}_1^0 {\tilde{\chi}}_1^0 h^0$.
