Using the simple model for the description of the GCR modulation in theheliosphere and the sets of parameters discussed in the accompanying paper wemodel some features of the time and energy behavior of the GCR intensity nearthe Earth observed during periods of low solar activity around three last solarminima. In order to understand the mechanisms underlying these features in theGCR behavior, we use the suggested earlier decomposition of the calculatedintensity into the partial intensities corresponding to the main processes(diffusion, adiabatic losses, convection and drifts).
