Asymptotic iteration method (AIM) is used to find the exact analyticalsolutions of the one dimensional Klein-Gordon equation for the q-deformedManning-Rosen potential with equal Lorentz vector and scalar potential. Thebound state eigenfunctions are obtained in terms of the hypergeometricfunctions. Using the present results energy eigenvalues and correspondingeigenfunctions of the special cases like Poschl-Teller potential, Rosen-Morsepotential and Eckart type potential are derived before concluding the work.
