In this paper, the Schr\"odinger equation for 6-body system is studied. Wesolved this equation for lithium nucleus by using supersymmetry method with thespecific potentials. These potentials are Yukawa potential, the generalizedYukawa potential and Hellmann potential. The results of our model for allcalculations show that the ground state binding energy of Lithium nucleus withthese potentials are very close to the ones obtained in experiments.
