Description of domains switching processes in crystalline ferroelectrics bymeans of relaxation type equations with account of variable external electricfield is proposed. Exact solution of these equations in closed analytical format arbitrary dependence of electric field on time is obtained. A connectionbetween frequency of sinusoidal external field and hysteresis loops shapes isanalysed by numerical way. The calculation results are in qualitativeaccordance with experimental data.
