This paper presents a low complexity video coding method based onUnderdetermined Blind Signal Separation (UBSS). The detailed coding frameworkis designed. Three key techniques are proposed to enhance the compression ratioand the quality of the decoded frames. The experiments validate that theproposed method costs 30ms encoding time less than DISCOVER. The simulationshows that this new method can save 50% energy compared with H.264.
