A new iteration method is proposed for analyzing both the multiplicities andthe transverse momentum spectra measured only within a small rapidity intervaland with low momentum limit without any inconsistency or ad hoc assumptions andapplied to the hadron data by the ALICE collaboration in Pb+Pb collisions at2.76 TeV/A. In order to correctly consider the resonance contribution only tothe small rapidity interval, ratios involving only those hadrons whosetransverse momentum spectrum is available are considered. In spite of the smallnumber of ratios considered, the fittings of both the ratios the transversemomentum spectra are excellent. Also the calculated ratios involving strangebaryons with parameters obtained agree with data surprisingly well.
