The main purpose of this paper is to provide a structure theorem forcodimension one singular transversely projective foliationson projectivemanifolds. To reach our goal, we firstly extend Corlette-Simpson'sclassification of rank two representationsof fundamental groups ofquasiprojective manifolds by dropping the hypothesis of quasi-unipotency atinfinity.Secondly we establish an analogue classification for rank two flatmeromorphic connections.In particular, we prove that a rank two flatmeromorphic connection with irregular singularities having non trivialStokesprojectively factors through a connection over a curve.
