The problems of the luminescent enhancement and life time shortening for theinverted quantum system (QS) are analysed. The commonly accepted inpublications approach appears to be questionable from the point of view ofbasic principles. An alternative approach using the well-known density matrixformalism and kinetic equation for the electrons in the coupled nano object issuggested.
