The entropy of the coexisting gas of ultra cold fermionic atoms and Bosonicmolecular condensate confined in a magnetic trap has been calculated fromequation of motion approaches. We have found that the entropy productiondepends not only to the Feshbach resonance and but also under certain limits toRabi type oscillation and Bose Josephson junction type oscillation.
