This paper presents an analysis of the positron capture by a neutronreaction, which is just the inverse of the well-known neutrino capture by aproton reaction. The effect of the QED radiative corrections is investigated.In particular, the analysis considers the effects of treating the neutron as acomposite object that can have an electric dipole moment (nEDM). For the caseof unpolarized hadrons the effects of a nEDM appear to vanish.
