An empirical formula relating the physical masses of elementary particles andthe Fermi constant is proposed. Although no mechanism or theoretical modelbehind this formula is advocated, we seek for a possible physicalinterpretation. If not a simple numerical coincidence, this formula maymotivate theorists to search for relations among the different sectors of theElectroweak Standard model.
