The reported new type of all-solid-state, inorganic solar cell will bediscussed by a semiclassical light-matter interaction method. The molecularcompound will be treated by a three times two-level coupled quantum system. Theequation of motion of the density matrix of this system will be analyticalsolved, in linear approximation and due to the coherent superposition ofcertain states, time-independent off-diagonal elements will be obtained. Theseelements represent an important components for the overal optical performane ofthis cell.
