The accommodation-vergence mismatch has been considered as a cause of thevisual fatigue induced in watching 3D display. We would propose the mismatchcan be compensated by refractive power of adjustable-focus 3D glasses. Fromlens optics and geometrical considerations, we also developed equations thatcalculate required refractive power of the 3D glasses. The compensation weproposed is supposed to reduce the visual fatigue of 3D display.
