The study of {\rho}0 meson helicity amplitude ratios at HERMES shows that theamplitude hierarchy expected from pQCD is confirmed. The contribution ofUnnatural Parity Exchange in the production of {\rho}0 mesons is significant atHERMES kinematics and there is a large phase-difference in the leading F11 andF01 amplitudes. The kinematic dependences of the amplitude ratios onlysometimes follow theory-based expectations.
