Results are presented for the temperature and frequency dependence of thereal and imaginary parts of the diagonal self energy for a d-wavesuperconductor. An Eliashberg analysis, which has been successful in recentfitting of superconductor-insulator-superconductor tunnel junction conductancesfor BiSrCaCuO (Bi-2212), is extended to finite temperatures. The effect of thetemperature dependence of the 40 meV spin resonance mode, measured in inelasticneutron scattering (INS) in Bi-2212, on the finite temperature self energies isinvestigated.
