We report an intrinsic form of the inverse spin Hall effect (ISHE) inferromagnetic (FM) metal with Rashba spin orbit coupling (RSOC), which isdriven by a normal charge current. Unlike the conventional form, the ISHE canbe induced without the need for spin current injection from an external source.Our theoretical results show that Hall voltage is generated when the FM momentis perpendicular to the ferromagnetic layer. The polarity of the Hall voltageis reversed upon switching the FM moment to the opposite direction, thuspromising a useful readback mechanism for memory or logic applications.
