In a recent paper by Porsev et al. [arXiv:1201.5615v1], the authors haveclaimed to have resolved the controversy arising from the different ab initioresults available for the EDM enhancement factor of Tl. In our opinion, anysuch attempt to resolve the discrepancies between different calculations has tothoroughly compare the basis sets used, methods employed and approximationsconsidered in the two different cases. However, Porsev et al. have notsucceeded in doing so in their current paper. We clarify some of theirmisunderstandings about our work and address some specific issues in this note.
