Within the potential cluster model with Pauli forbidden states thepossibility of description of the experimental data on the total radiativen12C- and n13C-capture cross sections in the astrophysical energy range from 25meV to 1.0 MeV is presented. The E1-transition covers the capture data from thescattering states to the ground one of 13C and 14C nuclei. Capture on the threelow laying excited states 1/2+, 3/2- and 5/2+ of 13C was calculated.
