We study the quantum jumps of physical quantities in a strongly correlatedmany electron systems based on a new p-adic functional integral approach. It isshown that a description in terms of the p-adic numbers leads to the fractalbehavior and can describe the quantum jumps in the conductivity andmagnetization as a function of voltage and magnetic field in nanotechnologydevices and low-dimensional strongly correlated organic metals and othermaterials.
