In this second part of the series of two papers we report another type ofgeneralized Migdal-Kadanoff bond-moving renormalization group transformationrecursion procedures considering symmetrical single bond operations onfractals. The critical behavior of the spin-continuous Gaussian modelconstructed on the Sierpinski gaskets is studied as an example to reveal itspredominance in application. Results obtained by this means are found to be ingood conformity with those obtained from other studies.
