This paper introduces a new model of continuous opinion dynamics with randomnoise. The model belongs to the broad class of so called bounded confidencemodels. It differs from other popular bounded confidence models by the updaterule, since it is intended to describe how the single person can influence atthe same time a group of several listeners. Moreover, opinion noise isintroduced to the model. Due to this noise, in some specific cases, spontaneoustransitions between two states with a different number of large opinionclusters occur. Detailed analysis of these transitions is provided, with MCsimulations and ME numerical integration analysis.
