The status of experiments on determination of level density and partialwidths of the nuclear reaction products emission in diapason of nucleon bindingenergy is presented. There are analyzed the sources and magnitude of probablesystematical uncertainties of their determination. The maximally achievableprecision of these parameters is estimated, as well. There is consideredability of new method for determination of distribution parameters of neutronresonances reduced widths in order to distinguish their groups with the samestructure of wave functions. It was obtained in both cases that theinsufficient value of maximally achievable precision of the parameters of theexperimental data analysis does not allow one to obtain reliable and detailedinformation on the studied nuclear properties -- its entropy, strengthfunctions of nuclear products emission and dominant level structure above0.5Bn.
