In this talk I discuss and clarify some issues concerning chiral andnonchiral properties of the one-dimensional supermultiplets of the N-ExtendedSupersymmetry. Quaternionic chirality can be defined for N=4,5,6,7,8.Octonionic chirality for N=8 and beyond. Inequivalent chiralities only arisewhen considering several copies of N=4 or N=8 supermultiplets.
