This work presents a methodology for studying active Brownian dynamics onratchet potentials using interoperating OpenCL and OpenGL frameworks.Programing details along with optimization issues are discussed, followed by acom- parison of performance on different devices. Time of visualization usingOpenGL sharing buffer with OpenCL has been tested against another techniquewhich, while using OpenGL, does not share memory buffer with OpenCL. Bothmethods have been compared with visualizing data to an external software -gnuplot. OpenCL/OpenGL interoperating method has been found the mostappropriate to visualize any large set of data for which calculation itself isnot very long.
