In this paper we continue the investigation of the Maxwell-Landau-Lifschitzand Maxwell-Bloch equations. In particular we extend some previous resultsabout the Cauchy problem and the quasi-stationary limit to the case where themagnetic permeability and the electric permittivity are variable.
